In Imabari, both fish and vegetables taste delicious even without complex cooking. Let me explain the method briefly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6817\u306e\u6e0b\u76ae\u716e\u3092\u4f5c\u308b\u306e\u306f\u975e\u5e38\u306b\u624b\u9593\u306e\u304b\u304b\u308b\u4f5c\u696d\u3067\u3059\u3002\u7c21\u5358\u306b\u4f5c\u308a\u65b9\u3092\u8aac\u660e\u3057\u307e\u3059\u306d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. First, boil the chestnuts for about 5 minutes to soften the outer skin.<br>2. Peel off only the hard outer skin. Be careful not to tear the inner skin (shibukawa).<br>3. To remove the astringency from the chestnuts, boil them three times in water with baking soda. Remove any dirty parts of the chestnut's inner skin.<br>4. Finally, add sugar and boil once more.<br>5.
