\/>\u6628\u65e5\u306f\u4f1a\u793e\u306e\u5fd8\u5e74\u4f1a\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Company Year-End Party in Japan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A year-end party, called *B\u014dnenkai* in Japanese, is a uniquely Japanese gathering held at the end of the year to \u201cforget\u201d the hardships and stresses of the past year.<br \/>\u5fd8\u5e74\u4f1a\uff08\u307c\u3046\u306d\u3093\u304b\u3044\uff09\u3068\u306f\u30011\u5e74\u306e\u7d42\u308f\u308a\u306b\u884c\u308f\u308c\u308b\u65e5\u672c\u72ec\u7279\u306e\u96c6\u307e\u308a\u3067\u3001\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3084\u65e5\u5e38\u306e\u51fa\u6765\u4e8b\u3067\u6e9c\u307e\u3063\u305f\u75b2\u308c\u3084\u82e6\u52b4\u3092\u300c\u5fd8\u308c\u308b\u300d\u305f\u3081\u306e\u4f1a\u3067\u3059\u3002<br \/><br \/>People enjoy food and drinks together with coworkers, friends, or business partners, while sharing feelings such as \u201cThank you for your hard work this year\u201d and \u201cLet\u2019s do our best again next year.\u201d<br \/>\u4f1a\u793e\u306e\u540c\u50da\u3084\u53cb\u4eba\u3001\u53d6\u5f15\u5148\u306a\u3069\u3068\u4e00\u7dd2\u306b\u98df\u4e8b\u3084\u304a\u9152\u3092\u697d\u3057\u307f\u306a\u304c\u3089\u3001\u300c\u4eca\u5e74\u3082\u304a\u75b2\u308c\u3055\u307e\u3067\u3057\u305f\u300d\u300c\u6765\u5e74\u3082\u3088\u308d\u3057\u304f\u304a\u9858\u3044\u3057\u307e\u3059\u300d\u3068\u3044\u3046\u6c17\u6301\u3061\u3092\u5171\u6709\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<br \/><br \/>In Japan, many companies and groups hold these parties in December, making them an important year-end tradition.<br \/>\u65e5\u672c\u3067\u306f12\u6708\u306b\u306a\u308b\u3068\u3001\u591a\u304f\u306e\u4f1a\u793e\u3084\u30b0\u30eb\u30fc\u30d7\u3067\u5fd8\u5e74\u4f1a\u304c\u958b\u304b\u308c\u3001\u5e74\u672b\u306e\u5927\u5207\u306a\u884c\u4e8b\u306e\u3072\u3068\u3064\u3068\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<br \/><br \/>At my company, we have both department-level year-end parties and a large party for all employees, so December is full of celebrations.<br \/>\u79c1\u306e\u4f1a\u793e\u3067\u306f\u3001\u90e8\u7f72\u3054\u3068\u306e\u5fd8\u5e74\u4f1a\u3068\u5168\u793e\u54e1\u304c\u96c6\u307e\u308b\u5fd8\u5e74\u4f1a\u306e\u4e21\u65b9\u304c\u3042\u308b\u305f\u3081\u300112\u6708\u306f\u30d1\u30fc\u30c6\u30a3\u3060\u3089\u3051\u3067\u3059\ud83d\ude02<br \/><br \/>It truly feels like \u201cyear-end party season.\u201d<br \/>\u307e\u3055\u306b\u300c\u5fd8\u5e74\u4f1a\u30b7\u30fc\u30ba\u30f3\u300d\u3068\u3044\u3046\u611f\u3058\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dinner Menu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This time, we enjoyed *sukiyaki* and crab hot pot.<br>\u4eca\u56de\u306f\u3059\u304d\u713c\u304d\u3068\u30ab\u30cb\u934b\u3067\u3059\u3002<br><br>It was a luxurious meal, and I couldn\u2019t help feeling the company president gave a short speech.<br \/>\u6700\u521d\u306b\u793e\u9577\u304b\u3089\u306e\u6328\u62f6\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<br \/><br \/>After that, everyone raised a glass of beer and said \u201cKanpai,\u201d which means \u201ccheers.\u201d<br \/>\u30d3\u30fc\u30eb\u3067\u4e7e\u676f\u3092\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<br \/><br \/>This toast is an essential ritual at Japanese parties and marks the official start of the gathering.<br \/>\u3053\u306e\u300c\u4e7e\u676f\u300d\u306f\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u306e\u5bb4\u4f1a\u3067\u306f\u6b20\u304b\u305b\u306a\u3044\u5927\u5207\u306a\u5100\u5f0f\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
