I'm delivering a serialized account of my stay at NIPPONIA Harima Fukusaki, a lodging housed in a registered Tangible Cultural Property of Hyogo Prefecture.
兵庫県の登録有形文化財を宿にしているNIPPONIA播磨福崎に宿泊したエピソードを連載でお届けしています。

This time, I'll introduce my dinner and breakfast at a restaurant that was once used as a soy sauce brewery, focusing mainly on photographs.
今回は昔、醤油蔵として使われていたレストランでの夕食と朝食を写真をメインにしてご紹介しますね。

Dinner

Here's what the dinner menu looked like. Many dishes featured ingredients and spices uncommon in Japan, and I enjoyed them while asking the staff about various details.
夕食のメニューはこんな感じです。日本ではあまり馴染みのない食材やスパイスが使われている料理が多く、スタッフの方に色々お聞きしながらいただきました。

When I mentioned it was my birthday, they wrote a message on the dessert plate for me 🤗💕
The staff were incredibly kind, explaining not just the food but also providing detailed information about the building. 🤤
スタッフはとても感じが良い人で、料理だけでなく建物についても丁寧に教えてくださいました。🤗誕生日である事を話したら、デザートプレートにメッセージを書いてくださいましたよ🤗💕

I enjoyed this Japanese sake.

Breakfast

Breakfast was a Japanese-style meal, and it was delicious. What a luxurious experience to dine while feeling the history in a Tangible Cultural Property.
朝食は和食で、美味しくいただきました。有形文化財で歴史を感じながら食事をするなんて、贅沢ですね。
