兵庫県の文化財に宿泊したエピソードを連載でお届けしています。
After enjoying yokai picture books and books at the first-floor cafe, I moved to the second floor.This time, I'll introduce you to the second-floor room where I stayed and the restaurant.
1階のカフェで妖怪の絵本や妖怪の本を堪能し、2階に移動しました。今回は私が泊まった2階の部屋やレストランをご紹介しますね。

Since it's a cultural property, they prioritize keeping the building materials as original as possible. The window glass was made using a different manufacturing process than today, so it has a wavy distortion. The floor and pillars are also old, but that's what makes you feel the history, which is wonderful.
It's clean and the interior is just to my taste🤗💕
文化財ですので、建材など、できる限り当時のままである事を大切にしています。窓ガラスは今と異なる製法なので、波打ったような歪みがあります。床や柱も古いのですが、それもまた歴史が感じられ、素敵です。清潔感もあり、インテリアの私の好みです🤗💕
I was relieved that the books on the shelves weren't yokai books🤭 All the books in the hotel are brand new and can be purchased at the front desk. I wonder what I should read. I'm excited about discovering new books.
棚に並べてあるのは妖怪の本じゃなくて、ほっとしました🤭ホテル内の本は全て新品で、フロントで購入できるそうです。何を読もうかなぁ。新しい本との出会いに胸躍ります。
Restaurant
Now, it's time for dinner.
さて、食事の時間です。
There are also books at the restaurant entrance.
レストランの入り口にも本が置いてあります。
The restaurant is a tangible cultural property that was used as a soy sauce storehouse by the Miki family. There was also a wooden pulley.
レストランは三木家で醤油蔵として使われていた有形文化財です。木の滑車もありました。
The lights now have LEDs in them, but they probably used candles in the old days. The Japanese paper hasn't been replaced and remains as it was originally.
灯りは今はLEDを入れてありますが、昔は蝋燭を使っていたでしょうね。和紙も張り替えず、当時のままです。
I enjoyed my meal leisurely while reflecting on what life was like in the past.
昔の暮らしに思いを馳せながら、ゆっくりと食事をしましたよ。
